For many years, I struggled silently with mental health issues—years that were dark, confusing, and isolating. It wasn’t until the last 4-5 years that I truly began to understand the depth of what I was going through. Music became my way of processing it all—my outlet, my therapy, my voice when I didn’t have the words.
Through my songs, I try to express what it's like to live with these internal battles. I hope to help others see what mental illness can feel like from the inside—and just as importantly, to remind those who are suffering that they are not alone.
I'm not chasing fame or fortune. That’s never been the goal. I just want to connect. If even one person feels seen, understood, or less alone because of my music, then it’s all been worth it.
